P&Y HR Associates was founded and set up by Michael Pye in 2012 to offer a Human Resources solutions focused consultancy service, tailored to individual business needs.

Based in Sevenoaks, Kent, we cover all areas of London and the Home Counties on a daily basis and are able to travel at reasonably short notice to all parts of the UK and other destinations, including Europe depending on our client's needs and geographical locations and structures. Recent assignments have included Berlin, Copenhagen, Barcelona and Dublin.

In today's difficult market place, there can be many varied HR related challenges facing small and medium sized businesses that do not necessarily have the resources, expertise and time to deal with them quickly and effectively. Seeing the "wood for the trees" can sometimes be impossible when in the middle of a people crisis!

We specialise in working with companies that do not have the benefit of their own Human Resources departments. However we are equally able to work alongside established departments and teams that need some extra short term resource or on a project/interim basis.

Using our line management and operational experience, we work in a pragmatic, commercial, straight forward and easily understandable way. We never over complicate a situation and will follow up with recommendations where necessary as part of our service.
